The property sits on the north shore of North Two Lake with a southwest view towards the lake to soak up the warm afternoon sun and beautiful sunset views.  With 112 feet of sand beach, the shoreline is perfect for swimming with crystal clear water and a sandy bottom that gradually slopes away from shore.  North Two Lake is a 150 acre lake with a maximum depth of 46 feet.  Fish species present include Bluegill, Largemouth Bass, Muskie, Northern Pike, Smallmouth Bass, and Walleye.  There is no public access to North Two Lake, which keeps the crowds in check during peak holiday weekends.

The lot is heavily wooded with a mixture of old-growth red pine, oak, and maple trees.  The soil has recently been perk tested and approved for septic for a 4 bedroom house.  The building site has been thoroughly surveyed, and the custom construction plans have been carefully fitted to the site.  The intent will be to preserve the natural beauty of the site by preserving as many of the trees as possible, with the exception of clearing a few smaller trees to open up a clear view of the lake from the proposed house.
