We're proud to be working with ROWE DESIGN and CONSTRUCTION, INC. to develop comprehensive plans for the proposed lake house.  Every detail has been carefully considered including construction design, interior and exterior finishes, plumbing, lighting, appliances, HVAC and all necessary utilities.  Our goal was to create a comfortable, warm and inviting year-round retreat that gives each owner and their guests all the amenities they could want for a truly relaxing and enjoyable escape from the hectic schedule of everyday life.  We've also included features that help accommodate some of the special considerations associated with fractional share ownership.
